If you are a customer of Velvet Rope (or were a customer in the past) and want all data associated with your account deleted, email graham@geekybee.net with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the social media account(s) the data relates to.
Aggregated, anonymised statistics (e.g. "average decision time across all customers in 2026") may be retained indefinitely. These contain no personal information and cannot be used to identify you or your accounts.
We action deletion requests within 30 days. You receive an email confirmation when complete.
You can revoke Velvet Rope's access to your social accounts directly from each platform without contacting us. See the Privacy Policy for instructions.
